• Insulating oil (for oil-immersed transformers): fully compliant with IEC 60296, tested for moisture content, dielectric strength, and chemical stability before use.

3. Vacuum Drying: Moisture is completely removed from windings and cores — a key factor determining insulation strength and long-term reliability.

4. Final Assembly and Finishing: All components are perfectly aligned and secured to ensure optimal magnetic balance and operational stability.

Throughout the process, every product is verified using modern measuring instruments — from insulation resistance and transformation ratio to vibration and noise testing.

• High-voltage withstand and temperature rise tests.

• Dielectric oil analysis (for oil-immersed transformers), measuring moisture content, electrical strength, and breakdown voltage.

• Noise, vibration, and real-load performance assessments.
